The mission of this committee is to develop and carry out projects that benefit mentally and physically challenged children in Appleton and the immediate surrounding area. The projects are funded with income from the Helen Thom Trust.

This committee will solicit, investigate and recommend opportunities for our club to support initiatives within the Appleton community and fund those activities approved with funding from the Community Service Fund. Such funds will be made available to the committee based on the parameters established by the Appleton Rotary Foundation and Grants Review Committee guidelines.
