1800 Appleton Road WelcomeWelcome to the Autism Society of the Fox Valley Website. We are a local chapter of the Autism Society of America serving individuals, families and professionals in the Fox Valley area. We are also a chapter of the Autism Society of Wisconsin.
Our MissionThe Autism Society of the Fox Valley, Inc. was established in 1989. We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization serving the counties of Calumet, Fond du Lac, Outagamie, Waupaca and Winnebago. Our mission is to provide information and referral, advocacy, public awareness, education and support for individuals, families, professionals and others who support people with autism.
Families Who are New to AutismFinding out about how and what kind of help to get for your child are just a few of the many questions you may have. Our local chapter does not have all the answers but we do have suggestions, knowledge and experiences that we are willing to share with you in order for you and your family to get going and to keep going. We have support group meetings, and activities for parents and for the kids with autism. Be sure to join our newsletter and event subscription (above). We're there to answer your questions and help you try to find the answers. A good place to start is to come to Monkey Joe's, an indoor air gym, 1800 Casaloma Dr on the first Saturday of the month from 9:00-10:00am (exclusive to our group). Meet other families while the kids have a ball playing. For more information, contact Michele Matz at 920-540-0386.
