The Fox Valley Library Council, Inc. (FVLC) was established in 1977 by the libraries of the Fox Valley. As a nonprofit corporation, the Council brings together the collections and professional expertise of school, public, academic and special libraries. The Council plans programs and services which allow sharing of materials and information with all residents of east central Wisconsin.
