Quick tip on search - If a search does not provide the results that you expect, you can find all words that have been indexed from this site. 

Select index on the search results page and the first letter of the name or word that you are looking for.  The index will have an alphabetical list of all words starting with that letter. You can also select advanced search to exclude some words or combinations to better qualify your results. The search supports the "*" wild card after an initial letter. Example: {tan*}  will result in Tanner, Tannery, tantrum, etc.

What's new   This search finds pages recently created or modified

We are always looking for volunteers to transcribe the clippings or create short indexes of the newspaper clippings that are on this web site so that the information can be searched by keywords. This is simply done by viewing a clipping and typing in keywords, names, locations or events that you feel are important and would likely be words that others may use to search to find the clipping that you are viewing.  These words and phrases should be separated by a comma and sent as an e-mail with the image name of the clipping file and the web page where it is found. These words will be added as a description to the image and will be searchable.
