Icebreakers

As designers, developers and leaders of training, we have learned that icebreakers are a great tool to help people get to know and feel comfortable around one another. Icebreakers can break down barriers and pre-conceived thoughts that can be brought to training sessions. They can open the door for meaningful discussions, which ultimately contributes to the success of the training session.
