Town of Clayton Trail Dedication

The Friendship Trail will be dedicated at NOON
on June 3rd at the intersection of the WIOUWASH and Friendship Trails.

The WIOUWASH (WIinnebago*OUtagamie*WAupaca*SHawano Counties) and Friendship Trail Fundraiser is for the construction and enhancement of 6.1 miles of the multi-modal recreational Friendship Trail in the Town of Clayton along the new Highway 10.  This trail intersects with the WIOUWASH and other local Fox Valley trails.  It will eventually connect Manitowoc to Stevens Point.  The goal is to link community trails within the Fox Valley to the main State trails.  The Fox Cities Trestle - Friendship Trail is now open and we are a vital link between the Trestle and the WIOUWASH.  Our railroad trail crossing with lights, grades, and fencing are now installed (it took the Railroad 3 years to complete this).  The construction costs have been mounting but with your support we will see the fruits of our efforts for years to come!
