Instructions for accessing RTF (Rich Text Format) files:

When you click on the link, you will be asked to "Open" or "Save" the document.

If you select "Open" your word processing program should open and display the agenda.

If "Open" does not work properly or if you want to keep a copy on your computer, use the "Save" option to place the document on your hard disk and then use your word processing program to open the document.
