Resignation

Dear Unity Friends:

After prayerful contemplation, I submitted my resignation as minister of Unity Church of Christianity. As you read this newsletter, I will already have conducted my last service. We have had a wonderful journey together the last four years. We have created a solid foundation upon which this community will continue to grow and prosper. Our emotions are mixed as we will miss “you all” greatly, as a minister’s first church is very special, like the first-born child. Yet we know it is time for Cynthia and I to move on in our service to the Unity movement and Spirit is our guide. We have no specific plans yet and would welcome the opportunity to meet with anyone who would like to say a personal good-bye. Give us a call at home 882-9064 and we can get together.

We hold to the vision that Unity Church of Christianity is evolving into its next step in its greatness. This congregation has successfully navigated change in the past, and the presence of its wholeness, strengths, and capabilities will support this process of change.

There is a Divine Plan for this church community and it is now unfolding through prayer and Divine guidance. As ministers, our love and service to this community have been a great blessing and opportunity for our ministerial and spiritual growth. We want only the best for this beloved community. WE LOVE YOU, WE BLESS YOU, AND WE EMPOWER YOU TO DO GREAT THINGS!
