Since 1971, Villa Phoenix has provided residents with a supportive, secure, stable, home-like residential setting and the encouragement and services to reach their greatest potential.

Villa Phoenix serves adult male and female residents who are working on recovery from chronic mental illness, developmental disabilities, AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) and legal issues.

We are a 17-bed Class AA state-regulated CBRF and offer a variety of residential living arrangements to meet the needs of our residents:

  • Single, double and triple rooms
  • Supported mini-apartments
  • Home-like atmosphere with a familystyle dinner each evening
  • Group areas for social interaction

    Our Staff And Programs

    Our experienced staff is skilled at providing on-going, comprehensive care with progress-based outcome measures in place. We incorporate elements of stability and structure into the lives of our residents. We continually assess the effectiveness of our programs in terms of the residents’ progress toward independence, while ensuring that each resident experiences the benefits of freedom of choice.

    Our program components include the implementation and monitoring of Individual Recovery Plans utilizing:

  • Villa Phoenix also consults with a licensed clinical social worker to facilitate our Comprehensive Community Services program. CCS offers person-centered psychosocial rehabilitation services with an emphasis on recovery.
