    4. Operator licenses-Kwik Trip -Ashley Bricco, Anna Dahlke, Kari Joas, Joette Strook, Sarah Lemmers, Ryan Noe, Peggy Elmer, Stephanie Elmer, Josh Christenson and Robin Eckstein.
