NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

FOR TOWN OF WINCHESTER, WINNEBAGO COUNTY

 

Notice is hereby that on Monday, November 19, 2007, at 7:00PM at the Winchester Town Hall a Public Hearing on Proposed 2008 BUDGET for the Town of Winchester, in Winnebago County will be held. The detailed proposed budget is available for inspection at the town clerk’s office from 9:00AM to 12:00PM Monday- Thursday. The following is the proposed 2008 Budget.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS

TOWN OF WINCHESTER, WINNEBAGO COUNTY

 

Notice is hereby given that a special town meeting of the Town of Winchester, Winnebago County, Wisconsin will be held in the town at the Winchester town hall on Monday, November 19. 2007, immediately following completion of the PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed 2008 budget, called by the town board pursuant to s.60.12 (1) ©, Wis Stat., will be held for the following purposes:

 

  1. To adopt the 2007 town tax levy to be paid in 2008 pursuant to s.60.10 (1) (a), Wis. Statutes.
  2. To approve year 2008 highway expenditures pursuant to s.82.03, Wis Statutes.
  3. Adjourn.

    5. Dennis Dobberstein, Certified Survey map and zoning change A-1 to A-2, 9608 and 9679 Sand Pit Road. Applicant is requesting a Zoning Change to A-2 (General Farming) in order to expand existing parcel over 5 acres in size and to create one new parcel over 5 acres in size.
    6. Christopher Pfaendtner, Saddleback Lane paved Town Board needs to sign off on roadway agreement.
    7. Winnebago County Board of Supervisors sanitary system special assessment.
    8. Atty. Robert Sorenson letter – in regards to recommendation that Atty. Richard Carlson continue on Tim Zilleges matter.
    9. Clayton/Winchester Firefighters to hold volunteer funds amendment ordinance.
