Meeting at the above specified date and time. No other Town issues will be discussed nor action taken by the Town Board other than those listed below.

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.

2. Approve meeting minutes of July 17, 2007.

3. Discuss Subdivision and Land Division Ordinance with George Dearborn.

4. Set agenda for the next scheduled meeting.

5. Adjournment.
