*NOTICE: A quorum of Town of Winchester Board members may be present at the Town of Winchester Plan Commission meeting to gain and share information as an Ad Hoc Committee. Meeting at the above specified date and time. No other Town issues will be discussed nor action taken by the Town Board other than those listed below.

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.

2. Approve meeting minutes of August 14, 2007.

3. Gene & Pamela Luedtke, owner; applicant Bill Bauer- applicant is requesting a zoning change to A-2(General Farming) and R-1 (Single Family non-subdivided in order to create 4 lots over 5 acres and 4 lots less than 5 acres in size..

4. Preliminary Draft of the Land Division Ordinance.

5. Set agenda for the next scheduled meeting.

6. Adjournment.
