    1.  November 3, 2008.
  3. Public participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address the Town Board on an issue.
  4. Old and New Business.

 

    1. 2009 Budget to discuss and adopt.
    2. Appoint Randy Strohmeyer and Kari Huebner for a 3 year term for Plan Commission.
    3. Duane Howard zoning change from A-1 to A-2. Applicant is requesting a zoning change to A-2 (General Farming) in order to eliminate dual zoning.
    4. Interpreting land uses in the County Comprehensive Plan.
    5. Winnebago County Planning and Zoning Committee for the proposed zoning amendment change affecting the Winnebago County Zoning ordinance and Official Map of the Town
    6. Refuse and recycle special assessment increase.
    7. Per Winnebago County Sheriff’s Dept. -11/09/08 incident at Antler’s Sports Bar and Grill – to operator license violation.
    8. Winnebago County Zoning – fee increase.
