No other Town issues will be discussed nor action taken by the Town Board or Plan Commission other than those listed below.

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.
2. Approve meeting minutes of January 15, 2008.
3. Mike Siewert-Martenson & Eisele, sewer lift station, Rob Nelson, Sonny Borchert and Dave Kaphingst land.
4. Duane Howard, Certified Survey Map, 9420 Manu Rd tax parcel 028-0134, 028-0137 and 028-013802.
5. Set next meeting and agenda.
6. Adjournment.
