*NOTICE: A quorum of Town of Winchester Board and Plan Commission members will be present at the joint meeting to gain and discuss information. Meeting at the above specified date and time. No other town issues will be discussed nor action taken by the Town Board or Plan Commission other than those listed below.

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.

2. Approve meeting minutes of:

a. November 10, 2009.

b. Special meeting minutes of November 16, 2009.

3. Public Participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address to the Plan Commission and Town Board on an item.

4. Information on what County has so far on rewrite of county zoning.

5. Dennis Dobberstein, CSM 028-014901 and part of 028-049 and 028-0155-9679 Sandpit Road, revised with the original being submitted on September 28, 2007. The time lapse between now and the original submittal were involved with land transfers between adjacent land owners to fix differences found between Deed lines and occupation lines.

6. George Dearborn-new zoning ordinance and unformable plots of land.

7. Jason Culotta response from, Roger Roth’s office.

8. Eric Gorshe CSM concept.

9. Jacob Fink, CSM 028-049701, 8531 Erickson Rd.
