7.      Duane Howard and Michael Poole Conditional Use Permit tax parcels 028-0137, 028-137-02 and 028-0138 at Maple Ln and 9420 Manu Rd. Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to extract sand and gravel for use as general fill.
