1.      Town Space needs Committee.

2.      Zillges findings.

3.      Nationwide – Pebsco we have no broker and the Clayton/Winchester Firefighters would like to go with another company were they will have a broker and someone who can represent them and they can make changes to their plan much easier.

4.      Set 2011 town hall and park pavilion rental rates.

5.      Review town hall and park pavilion use guidelines.
