*NOTICE: A quorum of Town of Winchester Board and Plan Commission members will be present at the joint meeting to gain and discuss information. Meeting at the above specified date and time. No other town issues will be discussed nor action taken by the Town Board or Plan Commission other than those listed below.

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.

2. Approve meeting minutes of December 15, 2009.

3. Public Participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address to the Plan Commission and Town Board on an item.

4. Information on what County has so far on rewrite of county zoning.

5. Michael Poole and Duane Howard Conditional Use Permit tax parcels 028-0137, 028-137-02 and 028-0138 9351 Maple Ln and 9420 Manu Rd. Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to extract sand and gravel for use as general fill.

6. Howard Kohler, CSM, tax parcel 028-0759 and 028-075802, 5410 Lakeview Rd.

7. George Dearborn-new zoning ordinance and unworkable plots of land.
