*NOTICE: A quorum of Town of Winchester Board and Plan Commission members will be present at the joint meeting to gain and discuss information. Meeting at the above specified date and time. No other town issues will be discussed nor action taken by the Town Board or Plan Commission other than those listed below.

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.

2. Approve meeting minutes of April 13, 2010.

3. Public Participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address to the Plan Commission and Town Board.

4. Conditional Use Permit, owner the State of Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation – Applicant Winnebago County Highway Dept. – John Haese- 8485 Hansen R., applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct a parking garage and office for the Winnebago County Highway Department.

5. Larry Glick- CSM- tax parcels 028-490303 and 02806490501 5334 John Street.

6. Zillges Materials request the Land Use Plan Amendment tax parcel 0028-0137, 028-137-02 and 028-0138 to be included in the mineral extraction district to operate sand and gravel pit on the Duane Howard and Michael Poole properties.

7. Land Use Plan Amendment Fee schedule.

8. Discuss and take action on 300’ setback from Public Hunting Grounds.

9. Lydell Pethke, 5865 Hillcrest Road, would like to add mobile homes on his farm property (would be housing for farm employees).

10. Set next date, time and agenda.

11. Adjourn.
