  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester Town Board to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Ben Joas and Sharon Mathison. Also present was Rose Gauthier and a Deputy Sheriff from Winnebago County..

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes of January 18, 2010.

The clerk presented the town board meeting minutes of January 18, 2010. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the town board meeting minutes of January 18, 2010 with corrections, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Roll calls all ayes. Motion carried.

 

  1. Public participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address the Town Board on an issue.

1.      Deputy Sheriff talked about picking up speeders on Cty Road II.

 

  1. Financial Status.

The clerk went over the financial status.

 

  1. Old and New Business

1.      Town hall addition update.

Tabled to next meeting just received one bid on fee proposal on architectural and engineering services.

 

2.      Letter from Martenson & Eisele in regards to the new conversion fee that will affect rezoning.

Tabled to next meeting.

 

3.      Town input-Future County Participation in the Farmland Preservation Zoning Program.

Tabled to next meeting.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Roll calls all ayes. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Roll calls all ayes. Motion carried.
