Town Board Meeting Minutes

  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester town board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas, Sharon Mathison, Lona Schroll, Atty. Robert Sorenson, Cindy Draws, Ben Joas, Bruce Luedeman, Doug Tate, Larry Kriescher and Ken Stroupe.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes February 5, 2007.

The clerk presented the town board meeting minutes of February 5, 2007. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of February 5, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Public Participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address the Town Board on an issue.

Cindy Draws from the Winnebago County Health Department talked about safe way to school program.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Zillges Conditional Use Permit Appeal.

Discussion was held.

 

    1. Certificate of Deposit-0100070485044 renewal.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to renew as is, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Lydell Pethke, 5865 Hillcrest Rd., CSM tax parcels 028-0117, 028-0120, 028-0124, 028-0121-01 and 028-0121-02.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve the CSMS for Lydell Pethke, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Utility Permit for Town Roads- Town of Harrison.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to adopt the utility fee permit same as Town of Harrison with changes were needed to modify to the Town of Winchester seconded Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to pay bills as presented, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.
