  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester Town Board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas, Sharon Mathison, Lona Schroll, Ben Joas and Dennis Dobberstein.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes February 19, 2007.

The clerk presented the Town Board meeting minutes of February 19, 2007. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the February 19, 2007 meeting minutes, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Financial Status.

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Dennis and Joan Dobberstein, 9679 Sand Pit Road, CSM on Tax parcel 028-0136-01, 028-0137-01, 028-0134 and 028-0135.

      Discussion was held. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve Dennis 

      and Joan Dobberstein CSM, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion

      carried.

 

    1. Winnebago Archers, Inc., Picnic licenses April 14-15, May 12-13, July 7-8, July 21-22, and August 18-19, 2007.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve Winnebago Archers, Inc. Picnic Licenses, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Update Resolution for Recycling Efficiency Incentive grant.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the Updated Resolution for Recycling Efficiency Incentive grant, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. 2007 Annual meeting agenda – April 11, 2007.

Discussion was held.

 

    1. Lawn care.

Discussion was held. Held over until next meeting.

  1. Correspondence.
    1. Alltel notification.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve the bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn seconded Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.
