                                  Town Board Meeting Minutes

  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the March 19, 2007 Town Board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas, Sharon Mathison, Ben Joas and Larry Kriescher.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes March 5, 2007.

The clerk presented the Town Board meeting minutes of March 5, 2007. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of March 5, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Lawn Mowing Bids.

Discussion was held. Bids were opened. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to go with Bohm Lawn Care for mowing the town hall and cemeteries, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

    1. Park Committee.

Doug Joas stated the Park Committee will be doing a lot of the addition to the pavilion or hiring contractors to complete the addition.

 

    1. Jamie Boyce CSM, tax parcel 028-0391 and 028-0402, at 8577 Oak Lane.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve Jamie Boyce CSM, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Correspondence.
    1. Town of Clayton updated Comprehensive Plan.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the bills, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.
