  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester town board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas, Sharon Mathison, Ben Joas, Dave Kaphingst and Todd Boyce.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes March 19, 2007.

The clerk presented the Town of Winchester town board meeting minutes of March 19, 2007. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the Town of Winchester town board meeting minutes of March 19, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Financial Status.

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Cemetery grave lot prices.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve $250.00 per grave site and $50.00 for opening charge for the Town of Winchester, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

    1. Programming the Large Highway Safety Improvement Program.

Discussion was held.

 

    1. Petition of Planning and Zoning Committee for the proposed zoning amendment change affecting the Winnebago County Zoning Ordinance and the Official Map of the Town of.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to deny, Seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

a.       Do not like the wording of the changes.

b.      Towns didn’t have input into the changes.

 

  1. Correspondence.
    1. Larsen/Winchester Sanitary District meeting minutes of February 7, 2007.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.
