  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein call the town board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas and Sharon Mathison. A list of residents in attendance may be obtained from the clerk.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes May 7, 2007.

           

  1. Public Participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address the Town Board on an issue.

Roger Roth, state representative talked on new bills

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Kwik Trip Class A and cigarette license transfer from 5291 Cty Rd II to 5600 Cty Rd. II- June 1, 2007.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve Kwik Trip Class A and cigarette license transfer from 5291 Cty Rd II to 5600 Cty Rd II, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Frank Kranzusch, 8546 Oak Lane -Certified Survey Map.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve Frank Kranzusch, certified survey map, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

    1. David and Karen Kaphingst, Cty Rd II, east of 4995 Cty Rd II- Certified Survey Map.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve David and Karen Kaphingst, certified survey map, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Abe Eckstein access road to property.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to start the procedure to look into the land locked property, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Steve Schwerin-six year term renewal approval on the Larsen/Winchester Sanitary District board.

Discussion was held.  Chairman Eckstein made a motion to appoint Steve Schwerin for another six year term, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

    1. Resident booking use of the town hall and pavilion.

Discussion was held.

 

    1. Don De Cristofaro street light.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to deny the street light, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

    1. Winnebago Archers-Picnic License June 2-3, 2007.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve Winnebago Archers Picnic License for June 2-3, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Correspondence.
    1. Land and Water Conservation Department- Animal confinement facility.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.
