  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Board of Review to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas and Sharon Mathison. Residents present were Larry Kriescher, Dave Kaphingst, Curt Becker and Bonnie Hillsberg.

 

  1. Discussion held.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve Open Book to be June 9, 2007 from 2:00-4:00PM, and Board of Review June 25, 2007 from 7:00to 9:00PM, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Chairman Eckstein made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

  1. Meeting called to order.

Same people were in attendance from Board of Review.

 

  1. Approval of Town Board meeting minutes May 21, 2007.

The clerk presented the presented the Town Board meeting minutes of May 21, 2007. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the town board meeting minutes of May 21, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Financial Status.

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Tim Zillges-Conditional Use Appeal.

Discussion was held. Appeal Hearing is June 7, 2007 at 7:30am.

 

    1. Ledgerock Dairy, LLC and Joseph & Jacqueline Frisque, CSM tax parcel 028-120 and 0280124 Hillcrest Road.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve Ledgerock Dairy and Joseph & Jacqueline Frisque CSM with lot number changes, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Dave Kaphingst, CSM comments from the Zoning office.

a.      Brynmor Lane - roadway agreement

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the new roadway agreement for Brynmor Lane, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Abe Eckstein – access road to property.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert stated that access road necessity state statutes 893.33 that a civil court judge makes a decision. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to move ahead with contacting the lawyer to proceed with documental of necessity with State Statute 893.33 to access the property, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Three personal property taxes not paid-Clarks Bay Corp. treasurer has sent two notices.

a.      Brian Jack,028-P270-0013878 and 028—P0440-0013907

b.      Brian Urban, 028-P0360-013906

Discussion was held. Supervisor Joas made a motion to send Brian Jack and Brian Urban registered mail to inform them of delinquent property taxes, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Chairman Eckstein made a motion to pay bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.
