  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester Town Board Meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas, Sharon Mathison, Diane Luedtke, Craig & Donna Rider, Barb Rumlow, Al Hager, Matthew Olson, Mark Severson, Frank Kranzusch and Bonnie Hillsberg.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes June 18, 2007.

The clerk presented the Town of Winchester town board meeting minutes of June 18, 2007. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the town board meeting minutes of June 18, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Financial Status.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the financial status of the Town of Winchester, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Tim Zillges-Conditional Use Appeal.

Discussion was held.

 

    1. Bonnie Hillsberg zoning change tax parcel 028-0910-01. Present zoning A-2 to proposed zoning R-1.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to delay for 30 days and have the Plan Commission look at the zoning change, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Appoint Plan Commission Member(s).

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to appoint Mark Severson and Matt Olson to a three year term – ending June 30, 2010, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Operator licenses-Kwik Trip -Ashley Bricco, Anna Dahlke, Kari Joas, Joette Strook, Sarah Lemmers, Ryan Noe, Peggy Elmer, Stephanie Elmer, Josh Christenson and Robin Eckstein.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve Kwik Trop operator licenses of Ashley Bricco, Anna Dahlke, Kari Joas, Joette Strook, Sarah Lemmers, Ryan Noe, Peggy Elmer, Stephanie Elmer, Josh Christenson and Robin Eckstein, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Bartender licenses-Antler’s- Michelle Nowak, Amanda Stueck, Lauren Crass, Lisa Schrader, Jessica Miller and Carolyn Stueck.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the Antler’s bartender licenses for Michelle Nowak, Amanda Stueck, Lauren Crass, Lisa Schrader, Jessica Miller and Carolyn Stueck, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Correspondence.
    1. NR 115 Hearing- Zoning Office.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.
