Town Board Meeting Minutes

  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester Town Board Meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas, Sharon Mathison, Larry Kriescher, Ken Stroupe and Paul Langenhuizen.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes
    1. Board of Review meeting minutes June 25, 2007.

The clerk presented the Board of Review meeting minutes of June 25, 2007. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the Board of Review meeting minutes of June 25, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Town board meeting minutes July 2, 2007.

The clerk presented the town board meeting minutes of July 2, 2007. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve the town board meeting minutes of July 2, 2007 and seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Public Participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address the Town Board on an issue.
    1. Ken Stroupe read his letter that he had received in regards to Tim Zillges appeal.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Bartender license Antler’s, Robert Tellock.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve Robert Tellock’s bartender license, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

    1. Clayton-Winchester Picnic License for benefit.

Discussion was held.  Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve the Clayton-Winchester Picnic License for benefit, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Supervisor Joas abstained from voting. Motion carried.

 

    1. Brenda Card Certified Survey Map for Glenn Johnson, tax parcel 028-0873 and 028-0872, 7665 Cty Rd M, Winneconne, WI.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve Brenda Card Certified Survey Map for Glenn Johnson, tax parcel 028-0873 and 028-0872, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

    1. Tim Zillges appeal.

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Correspondence.
    1. Planning and Zoning office-moratoriums on land development.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve disbursements, seconded by Chairman Eckstein. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Chairman Eckstein.
