  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester town board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas and Sharon Mathison. Residents present were Ben Joas, Steve & Rosemary Olson and Keith S.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes December 17, 2007.

The clerk presented the town board meeting minutes of December 17, 2007. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the December 17, 2007 town board meeting, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Financial Status.

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Maple Grove Cemetery- Steve Olson.

Discussion was held.

 

    1. Dennis Dobberstein-Grant of a variance for wells within 1200feet of a landfill.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve the installation of a well on Dennis Dobberstein property, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Correspondence.

Town of Vinland meeting January 24, 2008 at 7:00PM. Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to have Atty. Robert Sorenson attend, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Reinert.

Motion carried.
