  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester town board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas and Sharon Mathison. Also present were Ben Joas and Dave Kaphingst.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes – January 7, 2008.

The clerk presented the meeting minutes of January 7, 2008. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of January 7, 2008, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Erickson contract for 2007 audit.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve the Erickson contract for 2007 audit, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

    1. Attending Board of Review

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Correspondence.

1. Larsen/Winchester Sanitary meeting minutes.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to approve the bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.
