  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester town board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas and Sharon Mathison. Also present were Ben Joas and Keith S.

 

  1. Approval of meeting minutes January 21, 2008.

The clerk presented the Town of Winchester Town Board meeting minutes. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the January 21, 2008 town board meeting minutes, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Financial Status.

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Land Division Ordinance.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to approve a Public Hearing on the Land Division Ordinance March 17, 2008 at 7:00PM, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

 

    1. Clayton/Winchester Fire Department an Agreement for Automatic Assistance with Town of Vinland.

Discussion was held. Chairman Eckstein made a motion to have Atty. Sorenson review the Agreement for Automatic Assistance, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the bills as read, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.
