A.     Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Public Hearing of the Town of Winchester on the Land Division Ordinance. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert, Doug Joas and Sharon Mathison. Also present were Matt Olson, Ben Joas, Randy Gorges, Tim & Brenda Card and Keith Shebilske.

 

B.     Discussion held.

Discussion was held.

 

C.     Adjourn.

Supervisor Joas made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Reinert. Motion carried.

  1. Meeting called to order.

Same people were present.

  1. Approval of meeting minutes March 3, 2008.

The clerk presented the Town of Winchester town board meeting minutes of March 3, 2008. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the town board meeting minutes of March 3, 2008, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

 

  1. Public participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address the Town Board on an issue.

Randy Gorges- Bison Road snowmobile trail to Townline Road.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Bartender license Tammy Radtke.

Discussion was held. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve Tammy Radtke bartender license, seconded by Supervisor Joas. Motion carried.

    1. Annual Agenda.

Discussion was held postponed to next meeting.

    1. Duane Howard, Certified Survey Map, 9420 Manu Rd., tax parcels 028-0134, 028-0137 and 028-013802.
    2. Brenda Card, Certified Survey Map, 7665 Cty Rd M, tax parcels 028-0872 and 028-0873.
    3. Allow Don De Cristofaro to replace U. S. flags, holiday flags and accessories.
    4. Dead End Roads for Buskirk lane, Clarks Road, Hofberger Lane, Jones Lane and Pergande Lane-descriptions.
    5. Abe Eckstein Property owner issued an extraction permit from the zoning office.
    6. Land Division Ordinance.
    7. Fire Department Study.
