Town Board Meeting Minutes

  1. Meeting called to order.

Chairman Abe Eckstein called the Town of Winchester Town Board meeting to order. Present were Abe Eckstein, John Reinert and Sharon Mathison. Doug Joas was absent. Also present were Ben Joas, Jim Haber and Carl Kohler.

 

  1. Approval of town board and board of review meeting minutes of June 16, 2008.

The clerk presented the town board and board of review meeting minutes of June 16, 2008. Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve the town board and board of review meeting minutes, seconded by Chairman Eckstein. Motion carried.

 

  1. Financial status.

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Old and New Business.
    1. Bartender licenses

a.       Lisa Schrader and Jon Paterson.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to approve Lisa Schader and Jon Peterson bartender licenses, seconded by Chairman Eckstein. Motion carried.

 

    1. Atty. Robert Sorenson letter received from Joseph Renville.

Discussion was held.

 

  1. Correspondence.
    1. Larsen/Winchester Sanitary Meeting minutes- June 4, 2008.

 

  1. To approve disbursements.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to pay bills as presented, seconded by Chairman Eckstein. Motion carried.

 

  1. Adjourn.

Supervisor Reinert made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Chairman Eckstein. Motion carried.
