Town Board and Plan Commission Meeting Minutes

June 9, 2010

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.

Matt Olson called the Plan Commission meeting to order. Present were Matt Olson, Rose Gauthier, Larry Kriescher, Ken Stroupe, John Reinert and Sharon Mathison. Absent Neil Kibler and Randy Strohmeyer. Also present were Abe Eckstein, Ben and Alice Joas.

2. Approve meeting minutes:

The meeting minutes of Public Hearing May 19, 2010 and Plan Commission meeting minutes of May 19, 2010 were presented. Ken Stroupe made a motion to approve meeting minutes, seconded by Larry Kriescher. Roll calls all ayes. Motion carried.

3. Public Participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address to the Plan Commission and Town Board-none.

4. Betty Wieckert, CSM, Manu Road, tax parcel 028-0150, 028-0155 and 028-0172.

Larry Kriescher made a motion to approve Betty Wieckert, CSM, Manu Road, tax parcel 028-0150, 028-0155 and 028-0172, seconded by Ken Stroupe. Roll calls all ayes. Motion carried.

Neil Kibler present.

5. Discuss status of Winchester School property.

Different options were brought up – community center and that the Town of Winchester should buy it to replace the proposed town hall addition.

6. Set next date, time and agenda.

Next meeting will be July 13, 2010 at 6:30PM.

7. Adjourn.

Rose Gauthier made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Larry Kriescher. Roll calls all ayes. Motion carried.
