Town Board and Plan Commission Meeting Minutes

July 13, 2010

6:30PM

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.

Matt Olson called the meeting to order at 6:30PM. Present were Rose Gauthier, Matt Olson, Ken Stroupe, Randy Strohmeyer, John Reinert and Sharon Mathison. Absent were Neil Kibler and Larry Kriescher. Also present were Abe Eckstein and Ben Joas.

2. Approve meeting minutes June 9, 2010.

Rose Gauthier made the motion to approve meeting minutes of June 9, 2010 with correction of that Randy Strohmeyer was absent from the said meeting. Ken Stroupe seconded motion, motion passed.

3. Public Participation: Time for Public to express their opinion on any item or address to the Plan Commission and Town Board-none.

4. Ledgerock Dairy-Lydell Pethke-Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to place two mobile homes on the property to be inhabited by resident laborers, 5865 Hillcrest Road, Tax parcel 028-0122.

John Reinert made the motion to recommend to the town board to approve Conditional Use Permit for Ledgerock Dairy-Lydell Pethke to place two mobile homes on the property to be inhabited by resident laborers, 5865 Hillcrest Road, tax parcel 028-0122. Ken Stroupe seconded the motion. Motion passed.

5. Set next date, time and agenda.

Next meeting will be August 10, 2010 at 6:30PM.

6. Adjourn.

Randy Strohmeyer made the motion to adjourn. John Reinert seconded the motion. Motion passed.
