*Notice: A quorum of Town of Winchester Board members may be present at the Town of Winchester Plan Commission meeting to gain and share information as an Ad Hoc Committee. Meeting at the above specified date and time. No other Town issues will be discussed nor action taken by the Town Board other that those listed below.

1. Call meeting to order and roll call.

2. Approve meeting minutes of July 11, 2006.

3. Things to go back and look at::

a. Chapter 8 – page 3 Existing Land Use Map (not correct).

b. Chapter 8 – page 5

1. A-1, Agricultural Business District.

2. A-2, General Farming District.

c. Chapter 9 – page 22 description of Future Land Use Maps. Maps

don’t show Districts as described in Plan.

d. Chapter 9 – page 23 review (Rural Commercial District).

e. Chapter 9 – page 22 Future Land Use Maps and zoning maps

should look alike.

f. Chapter 9- page 24 Gross Density and annual building rate.

g. Chapter 11 – page 3 Agricultural, Natural, and Cultural on storm

water runoff.

h. Comprehensive Plan Amendment process.

4. The Plan Commission will review the correlation of Zoning/Future Land Use Maps at future meetings.

5. Time will be allowed for the general public to comment on agenda items

or to bring forth items for discussion on future meeting agendas. All

citizens are encouraged to participate in the planning process on a regular

monthly basis.

6. Set date and agenda for the next scheduled meeting.

7. Adjournment.
