Recreation

Recently the Town Of Winchester Area Recreational Development (TOWARD) Committee was instrumental in updating the playground area in the Earl S. Nelson Park near the Town Hall at 8522 Park Way.  With the assistance of other community members, the new children's play area has become a reality.
